By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Pru-Wellness supplies health and wellness supplements to customers primarily within South Africa. Products offered on this website are health supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information contained on the website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, have an existing medical condition, or are uncertain about the suitability of a product should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this website.
Product descriptions, images, ingredients and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Pru-Wellness reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change prices or discontinue products. Where a pricing or product-information error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order where reasonably possible.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully received or confirmed before an order is dispatched. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout and may include card payments, electronic payment methods, Instant EFT or other payment facilities made available by Pru-Wellness from time to time.
An order submitted through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Pru-Wellness may decline or cancel an order where, for example, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, a material pricing error has occurred, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any amount already paid for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.
Products remain subject to availability.
Nationwide delivery within South Africa is available. Standard delivery is currently R100 per order and delivery is free for orders valued at more than R2,000, unless a different delivery charge or promotion is displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other information required by the courier.
Cancellation, return and refund requests are dealt with in accordance with our Refund/Cancellation Policy and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer legislation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any right that a consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.
All trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, website designs and original content belonging to Pru-Wellness may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
Pru-Wellness will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the website but does not warrant that the website will operate without interruption or technical error.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
